Prosperity Now Scorecard

PROSPERITY NOW SCORECARD

This project was a motion design and video editing project for the Prosperity Now Scorecard relaunch. This video was meant to show how the Scorecard service would be updated and give the viewer information on how to use it. It guides the user through the pages and highlights important parts of each page. The result was an engaging video that could be viewed on the company’s website and YouTube channel

The Problem Space

Prosperity Now, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC is relaunching the Scorecard website. They need to make users understand the layout and purpose of the website in a way that was easy to digest. Finally, it needs to be able to reach as many people as possible.

The Target Audience

The target audience for this project is the Prosperity Now partners in economic equity at the state and city levels. These groups are the ones that will find the information on the Scorecard website the most useful.

The Solution

The solution was a video that explained how to use Prosperity Now’s Scorecard website while explaining how it impacts and aids economic equity. This combination of motion design, video (in this case, screen capture) and audio guided the company’s viewers through the functioning of the site in order to make its use as painless as possible.
